PortAventura World, near Barcelona, is home to Sesame Street: Street Mission, the first interactive dark ride inspired by Sesame Street. Opened in 2019, this Thea Award-winning mixed-media attraction produced by Sally Dark Rides, features numerous animatronic characters, immersive scenery, 3D animation, video mapping and interactive gameplay.. Alterface was honoured to be chosen once again by Sally Dark Rides to provide the SaltoTM show control system, that synchronizes lighting, sound, audio, animatronics, media and all physical special effects with interactivity.
