INTERACTIVE WALKTHROUGHS, 2026
Real-time geolocation tracking system
Personalized audio & visual storytelling
Adaptive Narrative Logic
Stranger Things: Face the Dark at Netflix House Dallas invites guests to step inside the world of the iconic series and take part in a narrative-driven, interactive adventure. Alterface provided the key interactive technology for the experience, supplying 560 devices designed to guide and immerse visitors in the story and environment.
Guests are equipped with interactive headsets and flashlights connected to a real-time geolocation system that tracks each visitor throughout the experience. This enables fully personalized audio and visual feedback, ensuring that each guest hears and sees events relevant to their exact position and actions.
The system adapts the narrative in real time based on guest movement and group dynamics. If visitors split up, the story follows them individually; if they deviate from the intended path, the experience continues seamlessly; and when groups regroup, storytelling synchronizes naturally. All interactions occur without visible triggers, creating a fluid, responsive experience that can support dozens of guests simultaneously.
